Technical Requirements for Custom Logo Products

 

For best results on custom molded products please submit your logo in .TIF format approximatly 3"x 5" size.

300 DPI is required for the accurate reproduction of your logo.

For best marketing results, make sure to include your Website address or phone number .

Due to the nature of the plastic molding process, small details do not show up well.

The custom parts are molded with your artwork in the side so keep this one design rule in mind:

"Bigger and Bolder is Better".

 

The logo sizes vary between the products manufactured for you.

The Custom 50 and TAC-50-HPR both share the same size (approx 1" x 1.5")

The Custom 100 and Custom 150 pods share the same size (approx. 2" x 3.5")

 

The universal Custom Lid is also available with your logo for an additional fee.

Two versions are available: the "contoured" five spoke design with 1" logo in center or the

flat "Maximum logo" design with a 2.25" available logo area.

 

Custom molded Barrel Capps also have a 1" x 1.5" logo area.
